TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to jimmysdetailing.com (the "Site"), operated by Jimmy's Detailing ("we," "us," or "our") and hosted on Wix.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Site and our online booking, payment, and messaging features.
By accessing the Site, creating an account, or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and our Detailing Service Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Website Use and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to book a service or create an account. If you create a Wix member account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
You agree not to copy, scrape, reproduce, or exploit any content from the Site, including text, images, and logos, without our written permission.
2. Bookings and Relationship to Service Agreement
All detailing services, whether booked through the Site, by phone, text, email, or social media, are subject to our Detailing Service Agreement which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Service Agreement controls over these Terms regarding the actual performance of detailing work, payment, liability, and vehicle handling.
3. Pricing and Payment Obligation
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
Payment is due after the job's completion. By scheduling a detail, you agree to pay the full amount for the service once it has been completed, as listed at checkout or in your confirmed quote. Payment is due immediately upon completion and inspection unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payment methods displayed at checkout via Wix Payments. If the vehicle condition requires additional work as described in the Service Agreement (e.g., excessive pet hair, biohazard), we will notify you before proceeding and any additional charges must be approved.
4. Rescheduling, Cancellations, and Refunds
To reschedule: Contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment at sales.jimsdetailing@gmail.com or (201) 870-8548. We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate you.
No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the booked service.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for services already performed. If you are not satisfied with the result, notify us at the time of completion before leaving / before we leave the location. We will make every reasonable effort to correct the issue to deliver the quality you paid for.
5. Website Availability and Third-Party Links
Our Site is hosted by Wix and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues beyond our control. We are not responsible for downtime or errors.
Our Site may contain links to third-party sites like Instagram or Facebook. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including before/after photos, videos, logos, and text, is owned by Jimmy's Detailing. You may not use our content for commercial purposes without written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability for Website Use
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jimmy's Detailing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to $100 or the amount you paid to us through the Site in the last 30 days, whichever is less.
8. Non-Payment
Failure to pay for completed services is a breach of these Terms. If payment is not made upon completion:
a) We will issue a formal invoice via Wix with a payment deadline.
b) If payment is still not received, the account may be referred to a collections agency and may be reported to credit bureaus.
c) We reserve the right to pursue legal action in New Jersey small claims court to recover the amount owed plus any allowable court costs and fees.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Burlington County, New Jersey.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
