Service Agreement
By booking a service with Jim's Detailing, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement governs all aspects of our mobile detailing service, including but not limited to the use of our equipment, the quality of our products, and the performance of our professional detailers.
Scope of Service: We provide a comprehensive detailing service that includes exterior washing, interior cleaning, and high-performance ceramic coating. Our work is performed with premium products designed to restore and protect your vehicle's finish.
Mobile Service: Jim's Detailing is a fully mobile service. We come to you at your convenience. We will arrive at the time you have scheduled. Please ensure your vehicle is parked in a safe, dry, and accessible location.
Product Quality: We use only high-quality, premium detailing products. While we strive for the highest standard, we cannot guarantee results for vehicles with severe damage or pre-existing conditions.
Liability & Cancellation: Jim's Detailing is not liable for any damage to your vehicle or property during the service. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to severe weather or mechanical issues. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
